Sunday, January 12 4 - 5:30pm $25 Join us for a late afternoon of exploration in self care. As you melt into calmness through breath and meditation, receive reflexology on your hard-working feet. Riann Taylor of Balanced Tree Reflexology will lead you through a reflexology workshop. Learn how to apply these methods on your own feet. We will create individualized sock maps to help replicate these newly learned skills at home. End the workshop with gentle + glorious movement to further restore the body.
Yoga meets pilates meets cardio meets strength training meets free motion meets deep stretches. Rest in a well deserved savasana to complete the experience. Feel freedom in + connection to the body in this playful class.
Celebrate the return to light on Winter Solstice with yoga to live ambient music! The solstice marks the shortest day of the year. Moving forward, each day presents us with more sunlight to share. Realign + reset your intentions as we celebrate the re-emergence of light. ![]() Live music by Sineqube, the ambient music project of Kevin Holland and Jennifer Dutiel will set the soundscape for the evening. Together, they create original improvised music by orchestrating and layering vast timbral palettes of guitar and voice. Playing with the balance between the gentle, soothing bed of ambience and the uncharted frontiers of experimental music, they fuse elements of both to paint a live aural canvas that is exploratory, soothing and inviting. Explore a variety of meditation modalities in this six-week Exploring Meditation series. Concepts covered range from concentration meditation, mindfulness meditation and restorative body scan meditation. Learn how these different methods can help us reduce stress, understand + transform difficult emotions and enable us to live more fulfilled lives. In 2017, Dan finally followed his dreams and began teaching his unique martial arts curriculum and Zen full-time. Dan is an Ohio Stare University graduate with a B.A (‘08) and M.A (‘10) in Chinese language and culture, lived and worked in China for several years, and now lives in Columbus with his wife, 2 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat.

Wednesdays, October 16 - November 20th 7:15 - 8:15pm $99 * you may always drop-in to an on-going series at $18 per class. ![]() Led by Kelli Hess, RYT 500, this 6-week series incorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques, + skills to remain centered and calm during labor, delivery, and motherhood. Learn poses to address typical discomforts of pregnancy + build strength, flexibility + endurance. This class is appropriate for new beginners + also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skills to utilize during pregnancy. Enjoy stretching, breathing techniques, meditation and periods of deep relaxation. Should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
Using breath, a focal point, body alignment, and muscular energy locks, you will gain stability, strength, endurance, and confidence to balance on one foot. Some postures we will work our way into include tree, half moon, eagle, dancer, extended hand to big toe, warrior three and more. We will also explore arm balance with crow and side crow. Under Jodie’s guidance, develop the skills to ease into balance.
