It grants us genuine insight, which informs our actions in the world. In this series, students will be introduced to the fundamental practices and philosophy of Zen, including the essential “returning home and calmly resting” concentration-meditation practice. This series is appropriate for all students, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners in all traditions. In 2017, Dan finally followed his dreams and began teaching his unique martial arts curriculum and Zen full-time.
