Reconnect to your body + share the love of movement with your baby!
This class, led by Jennifer Gebhart, will help you rebuild strength and balance after having a baby.
You will learn gentle movements to share with your baby to support and nurture their growth and development from the comfort of your home.
No previous yoga experience required. This class is meant for mom and baby 8-12 weeks postpartum through 6 months.

Here at Centered, we are acutely aware of the additional stress placed upon parents and guardians this year, particularly on mothers. Some, according to reports, have even left the workforce to care for children. This class is open to everyone, but our theme will be around parenting and the concept of "receiving," not just giving.
Emily Dicken will guide you through a relaxing flow focused on self-care.

Centered is located in the northern most building of the lot. We are located in the Kilbourne Shops just above Pub Out Back. To get there, walk past Party Studio and walk through a short tunnel/archway. Make a left. You will be facing your destination: 679-D.
