Led by Kelli Hess, RYT 500, this 6-week series incorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques, + skills to remain centered and calm during labor, delivery, and motherhood.
Learn poses to address typical discomforts of pregnancy + build strength, flexibility + endurance.
This class is appropriate for new beginners + also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skills to utilize during pregnancy.
Enjoy stretching, breathing techniques, meditation and periods of deep relaxation.
Should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
Saturdays, October 5 - November 9
1 - 2 pm
Using breath, a focal point, body alignment, and muscular energy locks, you will gain stability, strength, endurance, and confidence to balance on one foot. Some postures we will work our way into include tree, half moon, eagle, dancer, extended hand to big toe, warrior three and more. We will also explore arm balance with crow and side crow. Under Jodie’s guidance, develop the skills to ease into balance.
Beginners Yoga Series with Emily Dicken

October 19 - November 23
There is nothing we recommend more for someone new to yoga, than a beginner series. Students will receive special attention to find comfort in their bodies as they practice, and will learn how to adjust yoga to their needs in any season of life. We will touch upon yoga history, go through poses step by step, and generally make the yoga world much less intimidating. Our goal is to provide space for personal growth and to build confidence in our beloved students!

Centered is located in the northern most building of the lot. We are located in the Kilbourne Shops just above Pub Out Back. To get there, walk past Party Studio and walk through a short tunnel/archway. Make a left. You will be facing your destination: 679-D.
