We believe that yoga is for all ages at Centered.  Why wait until adulthood to weave in the gifts of mindfulness  + movement?  This summer, we will be offering Centered on Old Worthington camp at Radiant Yoga & Wellness.  Additionally, we will be offering Be a Mindful Warrior camp through Worthington Summer Enrichment Academy.

during the Summer of 2021!

Led by Shoma Jha, Centered on Old Worthington Camp promises to be an experiential week filled with yoga, mindfulness + adventure!   Email centeredym@gmail.com to register.  

We will meet each morning at Radiant Yoga & Wellness for a session of yoga + mindfulness.  After morning movement, we will create with our own hands at our designated destination of the day.  Each adventure will include a creation to bring home.

​Worthington Summer Enrichment Academy
at Thomas Worthington High School.

We can’t always control the stressful situations we may encounter, but we can learn how to navigate whatever life presents us. Let’s give our youth the skills to manage life’s challenges in a joyful manner.

​In this camp, students will move through strengthening postures and learn mindfulness practices through interactive games and activities. Build stamina, awareness, compassion and confidence through a perfect blend of movement + stillness. These mindful warriors will develop lifelong skills to create a place of calm + resilience within themselves.

Camp will be led by Shoma Jha, trained in the Mindfulness Curriculum for grades 5 - 12 with Mindful Schools, and Jen Hegerty, School Counselor at Wilson Hill Elementary School and trained 200 hour Integrative Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness Studies from Mindful Life.

While yoga can help us turn inwards,
it can also connect us
​with the world.

​to the inner voice while building compassion for others.

ages 10 - 14

A perfect yoga class for
young adolescents.

Teen Yoga

ages 13 - 18

The busy schedules of teenagers with school, homework, sports + activities, leave little time
​to squeeze in rest.  
Let's teach our often stressed teens to create time for self-care.  Through yoga, they can learn the fruits of reflection, breath awareness + movement.
