We can’t always control the stressful situations we may encounter, but we can learn how to navigate whatever life presents us. Let’s give our youth the skills to manage life’s challenges in a joyful manner.
In this camp, students will move through strengthening postures and learn mindfulness practices through interactive games and activities. Build stamina, awareness, compassion and confidence through a perfect blend of movement + stillness. These mindful warriors will develop lifelong skills to create a place of calm + resilience within themselves.
Camp will be led by Shoma Jha, trained in the Mindfulness Curriculum for grades 5 - 12 with Mindful Schools, and Jen Hegerty, School Counselor at Wilson Hill Elementary School and trained 200 hour Integrative Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness Studies from Mindful Life.

The busy schedules of teenagers with school, homework, sports + activities, leave little time
to squeeze in rest.
Let's teach our often stressed teens to create time for self-care. Through yoga, they can learn the fruits of reflection, breath awareness + movement.
