With the use of essential oils, we will bring the best of spring to our yoga mats!
These 6 weeks of restorative yoga & essential oils are aligned with the stages of healing: healing of the body, healing of the heart, releasing limiting beliefs, spiritual awareness, fulfilling our life's purpose.
7:15 - 8:15pm
Led by Kelli Hess, RYT 500, prenatal yoga ncorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques, + skills to remain centered and calm during labor, delivery, and motherhood.
Learn poses to address typical discomforts of pregnancy + build strength, flexibility + endurance.
This class is appropriate for new beginners + also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skills to utilize during pregnancy.
Enjoy stretching, breathing techniques, meditation and periods of deep relaxation.
Should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
