The seven crystal singing bowls vibrate at different frequencies of the musical scale which also correspond to the body’s energy centers (chakras). Colleen will lead you through a restorative practice of poses chosen to balance our chakras one-by-one while adding in a layer of vibration in each pose. We will end in a resting pose and enjoy a sound bath of tones played in a song for full-body alignment and ease.
