Each week will start with a short yoga practice with a guided meditation and will end with an activity or moon-ritual.
• Week 1: Full Moon (1/13) Practice- standing moon salutations Meditation- salt bowl & crystals Ritual- glow in the dark drawing • Week 2: Waning moon (1/20) Practice- gentle moon salutations Meditation- flame gazing Ritual- release the past with fire (hand written notes to burn) • Week 3: New moon (1/27) Practice- yin moon salutations Meditation- mantra meditation Ritual- calligraphy writing your mantra • Week 4: Waxing moon (2/3) Practice- gentle moon salutations Meditation- mirror gazing Ritual- make your own necklace
