Join Jen Hegerty 200-hour RYI and Shoma Jha, 200-hour RYT in exploring mindfulness through yoga, breath, movement and more at a camp geared toward tweens and teens. This camp will be a place to practice mindfulness through movement, smell, vision, hearing, breath and taste. We will learn, move, create and sample different types of yoga and movement. Participants will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, shoes a water bottle and a packed lunch. A light snack will be provided.

Kids Camp, ages 6 through 11

Jen Hegerty, 200-hour RYI and Shoma Jha, 200-hour RYT will lead a camp designed for elementary aged youth. We will venture into mindfulness through breath, yoga, other forms of movement and more. This camp will be a place for your child to slow down, appreciate the moment and explore creativity through movement. Our exploration will also be guided by smell, vision, hearing, texture and taste. This camp will be a place for your child to slow down, appreciate the moment and explore creativity through movement. Participants will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, shoes and a water bottle. We will be walking! A light snack will be provided.
Would you like to practice the illusive crow posture with a sense of ease and clarity? Would you like to expand your arm balance journey? "Causes and Conditions: Finding Ease in Arm Balances" may be the perfect workshop for you! Zach Swartz will lead this workshop to focus on the family of arm balances. You will learn how to work your way up to them and traverse into and out of them safely. In this two and a half hour session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, give suggestions and venture into creating your own sequence of poses. Also learn how to effectively use props to help guide you as you learn new poses.
Led by knowledgeable and compassionate yoga instructor Kelli Schaffter, our 6-week prenatal yoga series will incorporate gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques and skills to remain centered and calm during labor, delivery and motherhood. This class is appropriate for new beginners and also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skills to utilize during pregnancy.
Learn poses to address typical discomforts of pregnancy and build strength, flexibility and endurance. Enjoy stretching, breathing techniques, meditation and periods of deep relaxation.
Should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.
