Join us for a late afternoon of exploration in self care. As you melt into calmness through breath and meditation, receive reflexology on your hard-working feet. Riann Taylor of Balanced Tree Reflexology will lead you through a reflexology workshop. Learn how to apply these methods on your own feet. We will create individualized sock maps to help replicate these newly learned skills at home. End the workshop with gentle + glorious movement to further restore the body.
