Reconnect to your body + share the love of movement with your baby!
This class, led by Jennifer Gebhart, will help you rebuild strength and balance after having a baby.
You will learn gentle movements to share with your baby to support and nurture their growth and development from the comfort of your home.
No previous yoga experience required. This class is meant for mom and baby 8-12 weeks postpartum through 6 months.
