In this distinctive 4 week series, we will play with the Movement Arts that inspire the 52 moves of Nia. We will explore the Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, Tai Chi), the Dance Arts (Jazz, Modern, Duncan) and the Healing Arts (Yoga, Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique).
Whether you are new to Nia or have an experienced background, this series is perfect for you. Learn more about the technique and the freedom we each have to personalize every class to our unique selves. Each week will feature new songs, a new focus and intent. The final week will include requests from the class. No previous experience in Nia or any movement forms is needed. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
