Yoga Foundations Series with Melanie Miller Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm January 12 - February 16, 2021 Cost: $59 Lay the foundations for a lifelong yoga practice. If you are new to yoga or seek a refresher for your practice, our Yoga Foundations Series is for you! Discover how poses, breath work, meditation + relaxation fit into your body in this series lead by Melanie Miller in the Hatha Yoga tradition. We will delve into modifications to support balance and a full range of motion. Additionally, we will explore themed resources to enhance each one-hour, virtual session. This series will be offered live on-line. Once registered, you will receive a link allowing you to access class through Zoom. No previous yoga experience is required.
