If you are new to yoga or seek a refresher for your practice, our Yoga Foundations Series is for you!
Discover how poses, breath work, meditation + relaxation fit into your body in this series lead by Melanie Miller in the Hatha Yoga tradition. We will delve into modifications to support balance and a full range of motion. Additionally, we will explore themed resources to enhance each one-hour, virtual session.
This series will be offered live on-line. Once registered, you will receive a link allowing you to access class through Zoom.
No previous yoga experience is required.

Park in the municipal parking lot off of New England Ave just west of High St.
Centered is located in the northern most building of the lot. We are located in the Kilbourne Shops just above Pub Out Back. To get there, walk past Party Studio and walk through a short tunnel/archway. Make a left. You will be facing your destination: 679-D.
