If you missed our yoga with live music in November, be sure to catch it this January. Join us for a restorative evening of yoga with Shoma Jha, and live ambient music as Sineqube weaves a live sonic tapestry to complement the energy of the room. Let the sound wash over you as your mind and body heal, and your focus draws inward.
*Please note that class passes may not be used during this and other special events.
Sineqube is the ambient experimental music project of Kevin Holland and Jennifer Dutiel. They create original improvised soundscapes by orchestrating and layering the vast timbral palettes of guitar and voice. Playing with the balance between the gentle, soothing bed of ambience and the uncharted frontiers of experimental music, they fuse elements of both to paint a live aural canvas that is exploratory, soothing and inviting.

Together in Motion. yoga for families with special needs Sundays, January 14 - February 18, 2018 11am - 12pm, Cost: $30
Together In Motion, led by Kelly Schulze, is a unique yoga class that includes participants with special needs and their families/caregivers. T.I.M educates on the benefits of yoga and life long skills that can be incorporated into everyday life. Each week individuals will work on the repeated practice of postures and skills that will build muscle and neurological memories, building on many skills and therapies often used. In addition, the creation of a “tool box” of stress reduction skills and weekly practice will arise. All of this work will increase body and spatial awareness, allowing for our participants to follow multi step instructions.
