Wind down on Sunday evenings with an exploration in relaxation at Centered Yoga + Movement with Zach Swartz. Take the chance to drop the to-do list, disengage from social media and just relax.
Restorative yoga is a practice of simply learning how to relax and be in the moment. With the use of blankets, blocks, bolsters and straps you will ease into a pose to restore and enjoy the task of doing nothing.
This six week series will have a different focus each week, and give you tools to take this practice with you.
