Classes

Through yoga and movement, we find a deep connection with the universe and ourselves.  Our classes are designed to help students find their own connection with the world, regardless of experience level.
We offer 2 categories of classes:  Daily Classes + Series Classes.
Daily Classes:  You can drop in for one at any time or better yet, make it a part of each day!
​Series Classes:  Our Series Classes meet on a weekly basis for four or six weeks.  An unbeatable benefit to our series classes:  drop in at any of our Daily Classes for no additional cost! *  
MINDFUL YOGA FLOW
An energizing practice where students flow through traditional yoga poses with breath while building awareness of body and mind

​ALIGN & SHINE FLOW

Awaken the body and mind with an early morning flow.  Take on the day with confidence after this invigorating vinyasa practice

YOGA BASICS
An ideal introduction to basic yoga postures and movement with breath.  This class is appropriate to all levels that will focus on alignment principles while synchronizing with breath
KIDS YOGA (ages 5- 10)
Your little ones will build stamina, balance and flexibility while learning yoga postures in a playful manner

TWEEN YOGA (ages 10 - 14)
The perfect introduction to yoga for young adolescents to build stamina, awareness and self-esteem

BARRE-YOGA FUSION
