Join a Class

Don't let your level of experience, physical fitness or flexibility deter you.  Our teachers are here to safely guide you through class and will offer modifications for all levels.  Bring yoga and movement into your life!

Classes

Through yoga and movement, we find a deep connection with the universe and ourselves.  Our classes are designed to help students find their own connection with the world, regardless of experience level.
We offer 2 categories of classes:  Daily Classes + Series Classes.
Daily Classes:  You can drop in for one at any time or better yet, make it a part of each day!
​Series Classes:  Our Series Classes meet on a weekly basis for four or six weeks.  An unbeatable benefit to our series classes:  drop in at any of our Daily Classes for no additional cost! *

ALIGN + SHINE FLOW
Awaken the body and mind with an early morning flow.  Take on the day with confidence after this invigorating vinyasa practice.

DYNAMIC FLOW 
A vinyasa style class moving at a quicker pace with exploration into more challenging poses.  Connect curiosity with inner strength.  Some yoga experience is recommended.

MINDFUL FLOW
An energizing practice where students flow through traditional yoga poses with breath while building awareness of body + mind.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
The ultimate practice of rest.  Take time to simply be.  Relax in luxuriously supported restful postures.

STRENGTH + TONE YOGA
The perfect combination of flowing yoga with isometric strength training.  Energizing postures with sculpting exercises, grounding stretches + meditation create a complete experience.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE
A blend of acupressure, energy balancing + assisted yoga postures.  Therapeutic + nurturing.  Give + receive in this interactive class.

​YOGA FOUNDATIONS
An all levels yoga class that visits the foundations.  Modifications encouraged as needed.  Focus on alignment, breath and moments of quiet + stillness.

NIA
An energizing combination of dance, martial + healing arts​.
KIDS YOGA (ages 5- 10)
Your little ones will build stamina, balance and flexibility while learning yoga postures in a playful manner.

TWEEN YOGA (ages 10 - 14)
The perfect introduction to yoga for young adolescents to build stamina, awareness + self-esteem.

FAMILY YOGA
In a world where parents + children are so busy, family yoga is perfect to spend healthy, happy + quality time together.

​TEEN YOGA (ages 13 - 18)
A good fit for high schoolers to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance + confidence.
