Jesse Miller Restorative Yoga Instructor
Jesse Miller began her yoga journey in 2010 while finishing a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Since traveling to Trondheim, Norway in 2014 to complete her 200hr teacher training with Laurel Hodory, she continues to learn, grow and explore the many benefits that yoga has to offer.
Jesse believes a restorative yoga practice has the ability to improve body awareness and increase our overall health. Jesse believes it has changed the way she handles anxiety, stress and personal challenges she has faced in the past (in addition to her ashtanga practice). This year, Jesse went through restorative yoga teacher training with Jillian Pransky and is thrilled to share the benefits of this practice.
