In this camp, students will move through strengthening postures and learn mindfulness practices through interactive games and activities. Build stamina, awareness, compassion and confidence through a perfect blend of movement + stillness. These mindful warriors will develop lifelong skills to create a place of calm + resilience within themselves. This camp will be led by Shoma Jha and Jen Hegerty. |

to squeeze in rest. Let's teach our often stressed teens to create time for self-care. Through yoga, they can learn the fruits of reflection, breath awareness + movement. to be scheduled
