The Loving-Kindness meditation invites compassion into one's life. This meditation practice can be adapted and practiced by anyone, regardless of religious affiliation. Each class in this four-week series includes a talk, meditation practice, gentle yoga moves, and a breath practice to take away. This class is the perfect way to unwind, offering a replenishing counterbalance to our often over-stressed, over-stimulated, and fast-paced lifestyles.
