Your journey begins here.

First time? We can't wait to meet you!

To someone who's never tried it, yoga can seem a little intimidating. Don't worry, we'll guide you every step of the way, whether it's your first practice or your hundred-and-first. Think of yoga not as a competition, but as a challenge to yourself. A chance to not only push your body, but also your mind and power of focus further.

It's okay if the poses feel a little strange or awkward at first. Yoga becomes more natural each time you practice. You'd be amazed how much flexibility and confidence you can gain after just a couple classes!

What to bring to class

One of the benefits of yoga is that it does not require a lot of equipment. There are, however, a few essentials we recommend you bring to class.
Picture

Yoga Mat

Bringing your own mat is ideal. However, we have several available to borrow if you need one.
Picture

Water Bottle

In addition to drinking water before class, bring a large water bottle with you to stay hydrated during class.

Comfortable Clothes

A simple tee along with loose-fitting sweat pants is just fine for your first practice.
