Ellen is a lover of all things health and fitness related and she comes to yoga by way of a gymnastics and sports medicine background. What started as a practice to increase her flexibility, quickly became so much more. She found the benefits of yoga transformed not just her body, but her mind and spirit as well. She received her RYT-200 from the Yoga On High teacher training program. Ellen approaches her classes with the mantra that we are all stronger than we think we are and yoga is for every BODY.
