Led by Kelli Hess, RYT 500, this 6-week series incorporates gentle yoga postures, relaxation techniques, and skills to remain centered and calm during labor, delivery, and motherhood.
This class is appropriate for new beginners and also experienced yogis looking to learn specific skills to utilize during pregnancy.
Learn poses to address typical discomforts of pregnancy and build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Enjoy stretching, breathing techniques, meditation, and periods of deep relaxation.
Should be in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Park in the municipal parking lot off of New England Ave just west of High St.
Centered is located in the northern most building of the lot. We are located in the Kilbourne Shops just above Pub Out Back. To get there, walk past Party Studio and walk through a short tunnel/archway. Make a left. You will be facing your destination: 679-D.
